Extra Small Customizable Gear ID Labels

I originally ordered some of these small customizable ID tags for my photography gear. They are small enough to actually stick on open surfaces of most lenses without getting in the way of the focus and aperture rings and any switches and buttons. Where they won't fit, a small amount of trimming will allow them to be used. I found these to be so useful that I actually used the remaining ones I had in the first order to label certain items that might be taken out and used and possibly overlooked when packing up. Using these won't guarantee that any items you lose will miraculously be returned, but I tend to think that most people have a bit of honesty still left in them and will make the call to connect you with your lost possession .... at least that's my hope :) My customizing added a bright RED background, my first initial and last name and a phone that is always available. Time will tell if this was a good idea or just another fool's errand, but putting the labels on my stuff made me feel good to have everything marked just in case.

This had become my go-to identification method for all of my small gear, gadgets and travel items..not just camera gear. I can now ‘retire’ my label maker!

I love these labels. I don't know specifically why but it makes me just feel more official and confident when I'm out on a shoot. Sounds funny but it's true! The design and legibility of the labels is perfect, and the material is thick and durable.
